Preparing to Sell Your Home­ 

It’s often said, “It’s harder preparing to sell a home than making the decision to sell!” 

While part of this is true, it doesn’t have to be the case. When you make the decision to sell, I can provide step-by-step instructions for getting your home ready so you can enjoy the process instead of dreading the hard work.

Here’s a quick assessment test you can do yourself, but it’s much easier to do it with me!

• Is it clean? Like really clean?
• Does it Smell?  Like What?
• Is there clutter?  Closets?  Mail / magazine piles? Shoes and clothing? Toys?
• Wall and Flooring – neutral colors?
• Décor – neutral?   
• Are there repair projects left undone?
• Room purpose – easy to identify?
• Bathroom – inviting or scary?
• Is there curb appeal?
